No. 031553) The firm has gained synergy on account of merger of two proprietary firms M/s. Hrishikesh Badve & Co. Chartered Accountants and M/s. Vijay P. Mayabhate & Co. Chartered Accountants. The firm has a long legacy of partners’ experience of more than 30 years since 1988.

 

  • Based in Pune, the firm is having clientele at Pan India level including Maharashtra, Karnataka, Madhya Pradesh etc. and outside India in various countries including Germany, USA, United Arab Emirates, Australia, Singapore etc.

 

  • The firm is engaged in rendering quality and value added services in the areas of Statutory Audits, Assurance Business, Internal Audits, Direct Tax Consultancy, Indirect Tax Consultancy, International Taxation, Project Finance Consultancy, Financial Advisory, Transaction Advisory and Virtual CFO Services.
